This Privacy Policy explains what information Sagala ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Sagala you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your username and email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares.
  • Content you create — files, notes, tasks, and anything else you store or generate while using the tools.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider (Xendit). We receive confirmation of a successful payment and what it was for; we never see or store your card or wallet credentials.
  • Technical data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the tools.
  • To process payments and grant the access you bought.
  • To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
  • To respond to you when you get in touch.

AI features

When you use an AI-assisted tool, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate your result. Don't paste anything you wouldn't want processed by a third party.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Sagala — payments (Xendit), sign-in (Google, if you use it), and AI features (OpenAI, when you use them) — and where required by law.

Your content is yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. We store it only to provide the service to you, and we never delete your files automatically — even if your storage is full, we block new writes rather than removing anything.

Your rights

You can access and export your content, and you can delete your account at any time, which removes your data (we retain a minimal record of transactions for accounting and legal reasons).

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
