Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sagala. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Sagala.

The service

Sagala is a collection of small online tools offered in one app. Some tools are free; others require a paid activation. We may add, change, or remove tools over time.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and don't impersonate others.

Payments & access

• Sagala is pay-to-activate: a single payment grants access to a tool (or the all-access bundle) for one month. There is no recurring billing and nothing is charged automatically.
• When a period ends, access simply stops until you choose to pay again. Your data stays stored.
• Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and may change; the price at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
• Because access is granted immediately on payment, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• Storage beyond the free allowance is rented in monthly blocks; the same pay-to-activate rules apply.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Sagala for anything illegal, or to store or distribute content you don't have the right to.
• You are solely responsible for what you download, upload, or create. When using the downloaders, respect the copyright and terms of the source sites — only download content you're entitled to.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the service to you.

Availability & disclaimer

Sagala is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running but can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and external tools (such as media downloaders) may break when third-party sites change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sagala is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Sagala and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
